Modular Ceiling \u2013 Dry Construction Ceiling Heating\/Cooling<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Gypsum ceiling boards for heating\/cooling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Drywall Modular Ceiling system is an integrated heating\/cooling system consisting of 18mm thick Fermacell\u00ae fiberboard panels with pre-installed Variomodular 11.6\u00d71.5 Laser laminated pipe in 75mm pitch. Fiberboards have pre-marked screw holes in their visible appearance for easy and safe fixing to the metal frame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FERMACELL\u00ae fiberboards are tested for safety and hygiene standards by the IBR (Institute for Healthy and Ecological Building, Rosenheim)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The exact distance between the pre-installed pipes (75mm), as well as their easy detection using the special detection tool, make any operation on the installed fiber gypsum boards absolutely safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flexible panel system for any design<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All construction requirements can be met by 10 types of fiberboard, with full or variable height of active radiation surface as well as by 3 different types of sound-absorbing fiberboard with different hole diameters. They come in different sizes for flexibility in placement. The panels are placed on a metal frame, similar to conventional plasterboard constructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installation: Security and flexibility

<\/strong>The implementation of the system is carried out in the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Construction of the metal frame on the roof<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Placement and support of the selected fiber gypsum boards using suitable fixing screws for a metal frame.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Connecting the panels together with the appropriate jointing glue<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Hydraulic connection of the panels to each other with pressed connectors suitable for multilayer pipe and connection of each circuit to the central collector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • At the end, the standard process of preparing dry building surfaces is followed (scraping off excess glue, plastering, sanding, painting)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
