Our History
1981
CALDA Heating was founded by Giannis Diamantopoulos and Babis Fotopoulos, beginning its journey with an initial focus on the promotion and installation of heating systems.
1985
Representation of foreign brands (DIA NORM, VASCO, HOFAMAT) and establishment of a nationwide partner network.
1993
Relocation of the company headquarters to a privately owned office building in Metamorfosi.
1994
Expansion into the Gas sector, collaboration with ELM Leblanc (a BOSCH Group subsidiary) and organization of nationwide technical seminars.
1995
Beginning of involvement in a new business area: underfloor heating systems.
1996
Establishment of the RAYON steel boiler production unit.
1999
Entry into the central air-conditioning market and beginning of collaboration with the Italian manufacturer AERMEC.
2000
Conversion of the company into an Industrial and Commercial Public Limited Company (Sociedad Anónima Industrial y Comercial – S.A.I.C.)
2008
Representation of SOLVIS, a leading manufacturer of solar thermal systems.
2011
The company is renamed CALDA ENERGY, marking its strategic expansion into comprehensive energy-efficiency and sustainability solutions.
2012
Exclusive representation of AERMEC in the Greek market.
2013
Management transition to the second generation, with Lefteris Fotopoulos taking over leadership.
2015
Initiation of a strategic partnership with Austrian manufacturer VARIOTHERM, specializing in dry-construction surface heating and cooling systems.

Start of collaboration with DANFOSS in the Greek market.
