Central HVAC with Rooftop Units in Halkidiki
At the luxury Oikos Olivia Hotel in Halkidiki, a central HVAC solution was implemented through the installation of two AERMEC ROOFTOP units, model RTX10H, fully covering the comfort requirements of the hotel complex.
The units operate as self-contained heat pumps, integrating advanced air treatment and filtration systems that ensure high indoor air quality. The total installed cooling capacity amounts to 128 kW, effectively meeting the hotel’s heating and cooling demands.
In addition, the rooftop units are equipped with Plug Fan technology with inverter-driven motors, offering improved energy efficiency, precise operational control and reduced noise levels. The system’s high performance is confirmed by its efficiency ratings of EER 4.49 and COP 5.45, contributing significantly to lower energy consumption and reduced operating costs.
