New Luxury Suites in Akrotiri, Santorini
The new luxury hotel complex Elements of Caldera Suites, located in Akrotiri, Santorini, has been equipped with modern and energy-efficient systems for air conditioning and domestic hot water production, ensuring a high level of comfort and reliability for its guests.
Space air conditioning is provided through two AERMEC VRF systems, MVA series, with a total installed capacity of 60 kW, combined with concealed indoor units, delivering excellent thermal comfort throughout the complex.
At the same time, for the coverage of domestic hot water demands as well as the heating of nine jacuzzis and swimming pools, a high-temperature AERMEC heat pump (model NRK200HEVJ01) was installed. The unit provides water temperatures of up to 65°C, thermal output of 43 kW, and A++ energy efficiency class. It also features low noise operation, inverter-driven fans, and epoxy-coated heat exchanger for enhanced corrosion protection, making it ideally suited for the demanding coastal environment of Santorini.
This installation represents a complete example of contemporary energy design, combining high performance, reliability, and aesthetics, fully meeting the requirements of a modern luxury hospitality project.
