Luxury Hotel Complex in Skiathos
At the luxury hotel complex Elivi Hotels in Skiathos, an extensive and highly demanding HVAC project was implemented, with a strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and the provision of superior thermal comfort for guests.
The installation includes three AERMEC geothermal four-pipe heat pumps (NXP series) and four AERMEC air-cooled heat pumps (ANL series), with a total installed capacity of 850 kW. The low-noise geothermal units are designed for the simultaneous production of chilled and hot water, efficiently addressing the increased and variable requirements of a modern, high-end hotel complex.
The air-cooled heat pumps are equipped with copper–aluminum heat exchangers with special epoxy coating, ensuring enhanced corrosion resistance and reliable operation in a coastal environment such as Skiathos.
The system supplies concealed fan coil units from the FCZ-PO and VED series, as well as four-way cassette units from the FCL series, offering design flexibility, uniform air distribution, and seamless integration into interior spaces.
This installation represents a comprehensive example of combining geothermal and air-cooled HVAC solutions in large-scale hospitality projects, delivering high energy efficiency, reliability, and comfort, fully aligned with the character and standards of a contemporary high-end resort.
