Air-Cooled Chiller for Production Process
An AERMEC air-cooled chiller, model NSM 1602 Z AO PB, was installed at the EPSA soft drinks production facility to meet the cooling requirements of the production process. The chiller provides a cooling capacity of 360 kW and is characterized by high energy efficiency, with an EER of 3.17 and a seasonal energy performance ratio (SEPR) of 5.67, ensuring efficient and reliable operation under continuous industrial use.
The unit is equipped with an electronic expansion valve, enabling the production of chilled water at very low temperatures, ranging from −4°C to −10°C, fully covering the specialized demands of the production line. In addition, it features a microchannel aluminum condenser with epoxy coating for enhanced durability, as well as an integrated pump package, offering a complete and high-performance cooling solution for the industrial environment.
