Advanced Air-Conditioning Systems for the Landmark Residential Skyscraper in Ellinikon
Riviera Tower, the first residential skyscraper in Greece and one of the most iconic projects of the Ellinikon redevelopment, sets new standards for luxury living and contemporary architecture. The high requirements for comfort and energy efficiency led to the implementation of an advanced air-conditioning solution for the building’s residences.
To meet the needs of the tower, 900 concealed AERMEC fan coil units were installed, operating in combination with the advanced AERMEC VMF control system, allowing precise temperature control in each space and optimal management of the air-conditioning system across all building zones.
The installation meets the high technical and operational standards of a modern luxury residential tower, ensuring excellent levels of comfort, energy efficiency and operational reliability.
The AERMEC fan coils, from the largest fan coil manufacturer in Europe with more than 4 million installed units worldwide, guarantees the quality and reliability of the installation.
