Heating and Cooling of Independent Residences
A complex of newly built, independent residences in Zakynthos was equipped with an air-conditioning system by the Italian manufacturer AERMEC, aiming to provide reliable and energy-efficient coverage of the indoor comfort requirements. To meet the cooling and heating loads of each residence, independent heat pumps AERMEC ANKI075HXT were selected, with cooling and heating capacities of 16.6 kW and 17.5 kW respectively.
The heat pumps operate in combination with local fan coil units, both exposed and concealed types, offering flexibility in architectural design and uniform temperature distribution throughout the spaces. The solution ensures a high level of thermal comfort, low energy consumption, and autonomous operation for each residence, fully meeting the requirements of modern tourist accommodation.
