Modern cooling–heating solutions with high energy efficiency
Two new residences in Zakynthos were equipped with a complete AERMEC cooling–heating system, fully meeting contemporary requirements for comfort and cost-effective operation.
Each residence was fitted with an independent AERMEC ANLi075HXT Inverter heat pump, delivering 18 kW of thermal capacity, combined with local fan coil units—both floor-mounted and concealed types. The heat pumps also provide domestic hot water throughout the year via dedicated storage tanks installed in the mechanical room.
The heat pumps belong to energy class A+ and deliver high seasonal performance, with ESEER = 4.65 for cooling and SCOP = 3.43 for heating.
